About Ambedkar Institute of Management Studies
The
Ambedkar Institute of Management Studies is sponsored by
Dr.Ambedkar People’s Educational Trust, Hyderabad. The Institute
was established in the year 1995, with the approval of All
India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Ministry
of HRD, Govt. of India to offer two-year full time Post-Graduate
Programme in Business Management (PGDBM). The
Institute is located in Visakhapatnam which is one of the
fastest growing cities in the Asian continent.
Eligibility, Selection and Fees of Ambedkar Institute of Management Studies
Any
Graduate with 50% marks from any recognized university.
Candidates seeking admission into PGDBM Programme
are required to secure good score in MAT/ATMA/ICET
or any Admission Test of University/Govt. Short listed
candidates are called for GD & Viva.
Fees is around Rs 1.5 lacs (without Hostel Charges).

Infrastructure of Ambedkar Institute of Management Studies is -
The
Institute’s library is richly endowed with over 4000 books
comprising of 1800 titles and 2200 volumes. The Institute’s
Information Technology Center is developed with latest
software needed to teach the core as well as specialization
courses.
