About IIM Ahmedabad
IIMA's
mission is to help India and other developing countries
improve their managerial practices both in the private and
in the public sectors, and adopt superior public policies.
It seeks to do this through producing risk-taking leader-managers

Eligibility, Selection and Fee of IIM Ahmedabad

degree (3-year) or equivalent in any discipline. Candidates
are admitted through the Common Admission Test (CAT
Exam) conducted by the Indian Institutes of Management
(IIMs).Fees(Revised) is around 13.7 Lacs for 2 years. |

is currently offering a double-degree programme in association
with ESSEC University and a jointly branded Executive Education
Programme in association with Duke University. The Economist
survey of global B-Schools 2004, ranked IIMA as the highest
ranked school in Asia
Facilities provided by IIM Ahmedabad
There
are six classrooms and five seminar rooms in the teaching
wing. To facilitate case discussions, each classroom is
an amphitheater. There are 25 student dormitories with a
total capacity to hold about 740 occupants. The library
has over the years built collection of over 1,70,365 books,
42,004 bound volumes, 527 current subscription to journals
and news papers, 2191 working papers, and many other resources
like thesis (260), student's project reports (1709), CDs
(1687) and videos (128). A state-of-the-art computer network
with almost 1600 nodes connects every corner of the Institute.
The campus is also WiFi enabled.
The
Institute awards several industry scholarships to students
based on academic performance. It offers post graduate,
doctoral and executive programmes.
