About XLRI Jamshedpur
XLRI
was founded in 1949 by Fr Quinn Enright, S.J. in the Steel
City of Jamshedpur. Xavier Labour Relations Institute, widely
known as XLRI was born out of the vision of a Jesuit Priest,
father Quinn Enright.
Eligibility, Selection and Fee of XLRI Jamshedpur
Bachelor's
degree (3-year) or equivalent in any discipline. To
get admission to XLRI, candidates have to appear for
XAT 2010.To register for XAT,
candidates have to fill the XAT Form that is available
online at www.xlri.edu. Fees is around 5.7 Lacs for
2 years.

The
campus has two state-of-the-art auditoriums, both fully
air-conditioned. XLRI is in process of setting Wi-Fi campus,
supplemented by the introduction of new courses, workshops,
seminars, live projects and setting up a Centre for e-Business
that aims to facilitate industry-academia interface. XLRI
is providing Web hosted SAP solution for hands on ERP
through University Alliance programme of Chico University,
California. XLRI has GIGABIT Fiber backbone throughout
the campus to support the Institute’s local area network.
Every student is equipped with a laptop/desktop in his
/her room and has round the clock access to intranet as
well as internet.
